An Announcement

Dear Friends and Clients:

I will be closing my office at One Post Office Square, Sharon, MA as of January 1, 2023. I will continue to work part time from home, but I will limit my practice primarily to cases in the appellate courts of the Commonwealth.

I may be on the glide path to retirement, but I am not quitting “cold turkey.” I have been fortunate to develop hundreds of warm relationships with my clients over the years. I have no intention of walking away from them.

Effective January 1, 2023, I will be “of counsel” to the Nebenzahl Law Group (“NLG”), also located at One Post Office Square, Sharon. I will be a consultant to NLG and act as a liaison between my clients and the firm. NLG will continue to advise my clients in preparing wills or estate plans, probating estates, buying or selling homes, or pursuing claims for catastrophic injury or death due to medical malpractice, product defects, or auto accidents.

I also have a network of highly qualified attorneys to whom I can refer many of the other claims I have handled, including personal injury cases (i.e., auto accidents, slip/trip and falls, workers’ compensation, disability claims) and land use issues.

Call me first for any type of legal representation. I am the first to admit when a case is beyond my expertise, and I will do my best to guide you to experienced, well-qualified attorneys in their respective fields. You can continue to reach me by phone at 781-784-9595 or by email at steve@therosenthallawfirm.com when you need legal assistance.  Emails sent to my old email address of srosenthalesq@yahoo.com will be forwarded to the updated address.

My “dead files” are in storage.  They are shredded six years after work is completed. Wills and real estate files are stored permanently. After January 1, if you wish to have copies of any remaining files transferred, please send written, signed instructions.

These days, so many highway billboards (at least those not advertising cannabis dispensaries) tout law firms whose motto is “Bigger is Better.” I have always believed that trust and personal relationships matter more than size. It has been my privilege to develop those bonds with you. If I can be of further service, please do not hesitate to call.

Best wishes,

Steven B. Rosenthal, Esq.
